1 - Oats 2 - Yogurt 3 - Protein Powder 4 - Add Water (Or Oat Milk) 5 - Mix 6 - Refrigerate Overnight 7 - Add Peanut butter, banana, pinch of salt

can add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness
